As an advocate for academic empowerment, I am deeply passionate about helping students unlock their full potential. My journey in education has been shaped by a commitment to fostering growth and instilling a love for learning.
I am currently a junior at the University of Arizona studying Urban and Regional Development with a minor in music and finance. My experience working with students spans 8 years, during which I've witnessed the transformative impact of personalized guidance.
I have been a nanny/caregiver for many years and have helped these children with their schoolwork before, during, and after the pandemic giving me lots of experience with both in person learning and virtual learning. I also completed a fellowship with Ignite - Teach for America where I tutored students remotely every week for 16 weeks.
My expertise extends to tutoring in all elementary subjects and Spanish, with a particular fondness for Reading, Writing, and ELA because of my love for language and literature.
In tutoring, I embrace a philosophy that blends encouragement with challenging students to think critically. My teaching style emphasizes collaborative problem-solving, creating an engaging environment that nurtures curiosity and self-discovery.
Beyond academics, my interests include traveling, attending concerts, and socializing with friends providing me with a diverse perspective that enriches my interactions with students. I am excited to embark on this journey of knowledge-sharing, empowering students to not only succeed academically but also to develop a lifelong passion for learning.

In my free time, I love socializing with my friends and nurturing relationships that mean so much to me. I take lots of time to prioritize my physical and mental health, and I find myself exercising and journaling often. I also love to travel and experience all of the culture and lifestyles this world has to offer and I have to been to 40 states and 8 countries. Experiences to me mean more than physical things and I feel very fortunate that I have been able to experience so many things like traveling around the world, attending many concerts and festivals, and making memories that last a lifetime.
