I possess two doctorate degrees in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and Medicinal Chemistry (Ph.D.), both obtained from Rutgers University (NJ). I am actively working as a synthetic medicinal chemist leading and managing projects in drug discovery and development and have 8+ years of research and technical experience in small molecule synthesis and design and biological evaluation of such potential therapies. I have 6+ years of tutoring experience in Chemistry and Organic Chemistry at the high school and college levels. What make me love teaching more than anything else is the impactful interactions I have with students and seeing their tremendous growth from our initial session. I attempt to instill a passion for the sciences in my students. I apply my industrial research experiences into my teachings so that students understand the real world applications of what they learn. I am a firm believer in "practice makes perfect" and that a full understanding of concepts is more beneficial than root memorization. I custom tailor my sessions to the unique needs of each student and take extra time outside of sessions to create additional study aids to address any unmet needs arising from each session. I am eager to work with you (the student) or your child to ensure they succeed academically and achieve their career goals.
