Hi my name is Antoine "Tony" Chedid.

I am 59 years old and I've had several experiences in many different fields, but the underlying theme about these experiences has always been the love of teaching.

I hold a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University class of '88.
I also hold a New Jersey teaching certificate K-8.
I also taught ESL in Lebanon from '96 to '97.

I've been working since I was 10 years old. I taught ESL overseas and absolutely loved it. I have a NJ teacher's certificate for K-8 and I'm a successful business man.

I've given back to my community by serving 15 years as a member of my Township's Zoning Board of Adjustment (5 years of which I was Vice Chairman) as well as briefly becoming a City Councilman.

I like to have fun while I'm teaching. And, more importantly, I like my students to have fun. It is only through fun that you really learn.

Dry, stale teaching is boring and does not make the material stick; so if you choose me, fasten your seatbelt and get ready to learn and LAUGH at the same time.

I make a living by being a successful realtor.

I speak 2 languages: Arabic (Lebanese Dialect) and English.
I speak a little Spanish.
