I attended undergraduate school at Vanderbilt University and earned a B.S. in Psychology. I then went on to earn my Master of Science in Education in Psychology and finally, my Doctorate in School-Clinical Child Psychology. I have been employed as a School Psychologist for 21 years and I also spent 19 of those years teaching college level Psychology courses. My favorite course is Life Span (Developmental) psychology, but I have also enjoyed teaching General Psychology and Child Psychology. When I teach, I am most invested in making sure my students have an in depth understanding of the concepts, not just a memorization of facts. In my spare time I can be found reading, watching a docuseries or spending time with my children.
