I live in Dallas, TX. I have a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'em) and an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Houston. When I graduated from UT I worked for 6 years in Mission Control at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. During my time there I became an expert in orbital mechanics and space navigation. I moved back to my hometown of Dallas, TX and continued my career in engineering and as a software consultant. As a consultant at Deloitte and other companies, I have had the opportunity to work with many Fortune 500 companies and government organizations. I'm currently semi-retired and glad to have the time to help students with their math and science studies. I can also provide insight into what it is like to work at both small and large organizations.

Currently, my main interest is travel. I lived for 2 years in Queretaro, Mexico and love to spend time in many of the tropical location in Mexico and other Latin American countries since they are just a quick flight from Dallas. I recently purchased an e-bike and enjoy riding as often as the weather permits. I have a large family in the Dallas area and enjoy spending time with them.
