I am working towards a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Spanish at the University of Maryland, College Park. I have tutored students within my community as well as low-income students through an online platform for the past four years. My philosophy for teaching is simple; it is to ensure that my students truly understand what they are learning. I believe that understanding concepts better prepares students to apply concepts. I am most passionate about Math as working to solve math problems is stimulating and solving problems is satisfying. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing tennis, painting, listening to music, running, and watching basketball.
