Certified Tutor

I received a First-Class BSc Politics and International Relations degree from the University of Bristol in 2022. Since then, I've been an international journalist reporting on climate change in Pakistan's flooded regions. Furthermore, I've documented child poverty due to the war in Afghanistan.

Alongside my journalism, I've continued to tutor and work within SEN schools as a teacher. I'm passionate about my students reaching their potential due to my own background. Having dropped out of school at 16, I've achieved full distinctions at the Open University, taught myself three A-levels (in 1 year) at 19 to reach a UK top-10 university. I understand that education is the key to social mobility and know the power of someone who's got your back in supporting your journey to reach your goals.

My lessons are based around my students interests and I believe lessons should always be positive and fun, we have too many chores in life for education to be one of them! I of course love teaching politics, but I
specialise in humanities and social sciences.

I'm looking towards doing a masters at Oxbridge but I'm just seeing where life takes me first! I know that within my specialist subjects, together we're able to achieve all your academic goals.
