My name is Salma Margerison and I am a global educator with over 15 years of experience in teaching children from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Through my journey as a teacher, I have come to believe that one of the most important goals of education is to give learners ownership of their education, with me to support and facilitate their learning.

We live in a constantly changing world, where the pace of innovation and technological advancement is faster than ever. The skills and knowledge that are in demand today may become irrelevant tomorrow. Therefore, it is essential to equip children with the skills and mindset that will enable them to thrive in
an ever-changing landscape.

I have many interests and hobbies and I love to learn new skills. I enjoy cooking and baking and am currently looking into more vegetable based meals. I macrame to help me relax and have made a number of wall hangings and plant hangers. I love listening to music and exposing my children to new styles of music. As a family we enjoy taking our dog on long walks into nature.
