I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology from NC A&T State University. Thereafter, I received my MD, MBA and MPH from East Carolina University. I am currently an Adjunct Instructor with expertise in tutoring online and in person, where I seek to cultivate and create an enriching learning atmosphere. Educators have the unique privilege to make a lasting impression on their students, and it is my philosophy to empower students to synthesize scientific concepts. Furthermore, I understand that learning these concepts can be daunting for the new learner. However, studying medicine is very fascinating when the instructor creates an immersive experience for their students. I seek to establish a scientific foundation for the students that translate to higher USMLE scores and real-world clinical knowledge.
