I am a tutor that specialises in GCSE English Literature and GCSE/A-Level English Language. In addition, I also tutor A-Level Criminology, also Sociology at both GCSE and A-Level.
I sustain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of each of these subject areas. Tutoring has been a passion of mine, for a long time. I have always wanted to teach students in the hopes of reaching their maximum potential and achieving the best out of their education. Learning a subject is never smooth sailing, each student has their strengths and their weaknesses, as a tutor, my responsibility is to utilize the strengths of the student and help them in improving on their weaknesses. Currently, I am a student at University, I am working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Despite that I have knowledge in GCSE English Language and A-Level Sociology, my expertise mainly stems from Criminology, but I am more than happy to teach all subjects disclosed. Within my teaching philosophy, my methods are that I aim to ensure that all sessions, whether this is in group classes or 1:1 tutoring are engaging and intriguing, so my students can learn something but in a fun and interesting manner. Please be mindful that I will only be accepting tutoring that is online, rather than face-to-face.
