I am a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, completing my Bachelor's of Science with a major in Psychology. Following the completion of my degree, I worked in community mental healthcare and community corrections. In 2016, I started taking coursework in the field of medicine and completed my initial EMT-B level training and certification in 2018. Since obtaining that certification, I have worked as a medical office manager, medical assistant, ambulance first responder, and emergency department technician. I can work with students on a variety of subjects, but I excel at health related topics, psychology, and assisting students with their writing skills. I am also familiar in working with neurodivergent students and aiding them in finding learning tools that work best for them.
