I am a graduate of Assumption University with a double major in History and Psychology and a minor in Education. I primarily concentrated on elementary and middle school special education. I worked as a paraprofessional at the middle school level for several years, supporting students in ELA, STEM, and Social Studies. Growing up, I had severe testing anxiety, which led to a lack of confidence and a feeling of hopelessness in learning. The several teachers that inspired me and motivated me to do better changed my life. My passion and drive for education come from seeing students have that moment of understanding that boosts their confidence.

One of my favorite things to do is travel. Whether domestically or internationally, I always love to find hidden restaurants and hiking trails. I am also a huge soccer fan. My two favorite teams are Newcastle United and Barcelona. One of my most notable bucket list achievements is going to Camp Nou in Barcelona, Spain.
