Research Methods in Psychology Tutor
Research methods aren't just about stats, formulas, or checking off boxesthey're about knowing how to ask the right questions and find meaningful answers. With over 3 years of experience teaching research methods to graduate students, I bring a no-nonsense, practical approach to a subject that's too often overcomplicated.
I hold a doctorate in education, and I currently serve as adjunct faculty, teaching research methods at the graduate level. I also work as a Vocational Expert, providing expert witness testimony in Social Security disability hearingsa role that requires sharp analytical skills, clarity under pressure, and translating technical concepts into plain language. In short: I live and breathe evidence-based thinking.
My teaching style is direct, structured, and focused on actually helping you understand what you neednot wasting time on fluff or theory you'll never use. Whether you're stuck on operationalizing variables, understanding qualitative and quantitative approaches, or just trying to make sense of your lit review, I'll work with you to build the skills and confidence you need to succeed.
If you're looking for a tutor who can break down complex concepts without dumbing them down, who values your time, and who's not afraid to tell you where you need to tighten up your thinkingI'm your person.
Let's cut through the confusion and get to work.
