I am a graduate of the University of Mississippi. I received my Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Math Education along with my teaching license in secondary math education. I also taught High School math in a classroom setting for 6 years. While I tutor many different levels of mathematics, I have a passion for Algebra. Overall, math is about problem solving and learning to think. In teaching and tutoring, I have found great joy in nurturing my students to develop these skills. There are always problems in life we will face. I believe that learning mathematics is essential to help us conquer these problems. Math teaches students that they can face any situation by thinking critically and logically with perseverance and determination.
