I am a graduate of Hofstra University where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood/ Childhood Education and Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Education in Literacy Studies. I am a certified Early Childhood and Elementary Teacher and Reading Teacher in New York State (ages birth to sixth grade). Previously, I worked as a co-teacher at a private preschool in Manhattan. Currently, I am a PreKindergarten teacher on Long Island where I have my very own classroom. If one were to step into my classroom, you would see lots of positivity. I believe the key to a successful education is the connection between teachers and students. There must be a sense of rapport established in order for one to truly involve themselves in their learning journey. Although I am certified in all elementary subjects, I am most passionate about reading and writing. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends, traveling, and reading on the beach.
