Hi, my name is Joe! I've been in the real estate business for almost 10 years now as an administrative director, teacher, and salesperson. I also received my M.A. in History at Queens College. I am proficient in teaching anything real estate in New York and History related topics. I have tutoring and teaching experience in real estate marketing, systems, residential, co-op & condo, History, English, and grammar related fields. I believe in students keeping teachers and tutors accountable to ensure their development and growth. I am therefore adaptable to meet the needs of any student since my main priority is making sure the student is understanding the topic at hand. I will utilize resources and materials differently if needed. Lastly, many of my interests stem from sport or music related experiences. I love to play golf and softball and currently coach my softball team in Queens. Music is another passion of mine and I like to consider myself having a wide range of different music tastes I enjoy listening to.
