Hello! My name is Adam Silverman and I am from Long Island, NY and currently live in Buffalo, NY. I am a graduate of SUNY Fredonia, where I majored in Adolescent Social Studies Education, as well as Canisius College where I majored in Special Education, grades 7-12. Since graduating I have worked in various school settings mostly working as either a general education social studies teacher or a special education co-teacher/consultant teacher. These positions have all been within the middle school setting (grades 6-8).

I have a love for teaching and helping my students. Each student is different, which is why it is always my top priority to build a strong relationship with the students I work with. My goal is to always make a positive impact on the lives of my students. I have a passion for Social Studies and History, as I find it extremely fascinating how past events impact the world today. I think it is vital to convey those historical lessons to the younger generations.

I am a firm believer that all students are capable of success when equipped with the proper mindset, tools, strategies, and support. Let's work together so you can achieve the goals you have set for yourself!
