I'm a writer from Mobile, Alabama. I studied English and Classics at Tulane University and recently completed my MFA studies in Creative Writing at Florida International University. At FIU, I taught Writing and Rhetoric courses and co-taught a Narrative Techniques course. Most of my students were college freshmen and sophomores, but I'm comfortable tutoring all ages! I'm currently putting the finishing touches on my first novel, which is the first installment in a dystopian sci-fi trilogy.
I believe in helping students learn by making content as fun and engaging as possible. I'm always looking for creative solutions that will appeal to each student's individual interests. I look forward to getting to know my students and working collaboratively with them to help them achieve their goals!
