I love to learn! I have four children, three boys and a girl ranging in age from 22 to 15. It might seem crazy, but I miss helping them with their homework! I have two bachelor degrees; one in Chemistry and the other in Public Health. I also have a masters degree in Industrial Hygiene, which is a branch of Public Health that deals with employee safety in the workplace. I loved working in that field, but when I had children, I really wanted to be the one at home raising them. I am extremely lucky that I have been able to spend the past 22 years teaching and raising my children. To me, there is nothing more exciting than watching someone learn and eventually master a skill or concept! I am passionate about early childhood education. I believe having a strong foundation in reading, writing and math and helps foster a love for learning throughout life. While my children were in elementary school, I taught art in all of their classrooms, coordinated countless PTA functions and started a science club to help children become excited about science. I can't wait to help you with your studies!
