I am a graduate of the University of Kansas and West Texas A&M University. I earned my doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at KU. My masters degree is in Interdisciplinary Studies (Management, Economics & Speech) and my undergraduate degree is in Marketing, both are from WTAMU.

I have worked on a college campus for 22 years. I love working with students and helping them to reach their academic potential. I love reading and enjoy helping others improve reading and writing skills.

I have taught an introduction to college course and have experience working with students on becoming more successful on a college level. I also enjoy helping others on their dissertation. I have helped talk through problem areas, provided differing perspectives, served as a source of motivation, as well as have served on dissertation committees.
