I am a graduate of Florida International University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. I have worked extensively within the field of occupational therapy in acute care, outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation adult settings. I am passionate about all aspects of Occupational Therapy and am an advocate for the profession. I have marketed Occupational Therapy extensively to community and in-house physicians. I am a firm believer in providing life-changing interventions to improve independence in my clients. I excel in defensible documentation to ensure payment and provide credibility to OT. I have supervised countless Level I and Level II fieldwork students in a variety of settings. In my spare time, I enjoy reading that which enriches my life, yoga, running, and playing the cello.
