I am a graduate of two Universities, Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and NOVA University in Davies, FL, holding a Ph.D./ABD from Temple and a Doctor of Education from NOVA. I love learning and am a lifelong learner.
Assisting adult learners in all aspects of their educational journey is my forte. I have taught adults to enhance reading and writing skills for personal and professional advancement.

My Organization and editing of doctoral dissertations have proven successful rendering doctoral degrees for post graduate learners.

Life skills and employability skills development allow me to provide instruction for Jobs Partnership of Florida. as "little people" with the same aspirations to succeed as adults. My love for learning leads me to share knowledge with adults. I am a retired principal of an elementary school in Orange County FL as well as a retired university program director. I have experience teaching, tutoring, and peer coaching to name a few. Leadership is a part of my skill set as I have served as a director of Adult Services before relocating to Florida, I was a city official and a member of the mayor's cabinet in Philadelphia, PA. My experiences are broad yet small enough for me to desire to help others to seek and fulfill their full potential. I believe that my success depends on the success of those I tutor and/or teach; therefore I approach each adult where they currently are and where they have expressed a desire to be. My goal is to always make a difference and I have proven to be effective.
