I'm a lifelong learner with a passion for sharing what I've learned. My tutoring style is very interactive, using hands-on step-by-step examples, tailored specifically to the unique needs of each student.

I love working and teaching at the intersections between Art, Design, and Technology. After earning an Industrial Engineering at Stanford University, I enjoyed a thirty-year career as an Information Systems Project Manager specializing in I.T. Risk Management and Business Process Improvement.

After my kids were grown, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my lifelong love of art and design. Retiring from my first career, I went back to school full time to study art and design. After earning my BFA from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD), and Associates Degrees in Photography and Interior Design from St. Louis Community College, I now work as a designer and educator.
