My passion to help students stems from my own experiences in school. Throughout my academic career, I have triumphant moments and times where I had to work 10x harder to keep stay ahead. Over time, I have realized and developed my own learning style and have since excelled as a student. I attend North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in pursuit of a B.S. in Biology. My goal is to continue to medical school and embark on a career as a physician and science communicator.

Internships, shadowing, and pre-professional experiences have poured into the development of my goals. My passion for education stems from a desire to do the same for others. In my future career, I plan to enable the population with tools and understandable education regarding health in the United States via multi-media platforms. To prepare, I have worked towards honing the skills I will need for both teaching. I have experience mentoring, tutoring, and collaborating with peers. As a varsity tutor, my goal is to put these skills to use.
