I am a very motivated and energetic individual with a large amount of background experience in the areas of chemistry, genetics, biochemistry, and basic mathematics. In Fall of 2021, I will be starting my journey of earning my PhD in one of several areas. I hope to one day contribute to medicinal research after having worked in medical related chemistry and cancer biology labs during my undergraduate career.
For any student of mine, I try to push them to first understand what is being asked of them and what kind of background they need to answer a question. If you don't have the pieces, then you can't build the puzzle. So during my sessions, I will discuss what my students understand and in what direction we will be heading when dealing with a practice problem. Once that has been identified, we will iron out strategies and techniques we can use when seeing the types of problems again in the future.

I am a huge soccer fan, but I will talk about most sports with anyone. I am from Dallas, I am a Dallas Cowboys fan and Dallas Mavericks fan as well. The Dallas Stars also are a new passion of mine. I enjoy anything having to do with the outdoors, especially snowboarding/skiing. I also enjoy hanging with friends, and watching movies, and playing the occasional video game. I am very interested in always trying new places to eat as well.
