I am a recent graduate from The University of Nevada, Reno, where I earned a Bachelor of Art in English, with an emphasis in writing, and a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. I have been helping students with their papers and homework for nearly ten years. However, I've been working in education professionally for the last three years as an elementary school art teacher, an elementary school before/ after school teacher, a preschool teacher, and a middle school English tutor. I have many different subjects I'm interested in, but my main passion is English, Writing, and Literature. I have a love for anything related to language from books to grammar rules and have spent a lot of my academic life learning about these things to share this love with others. I have worked with a wide age range of students within this subject, so I have experience anywhere from helping students understand the parts of a sentence to help students write critical essays. What I like most about tutoring is the one-on-one aspect, which allows me to really talk with my students, understand what they feel like they need help with, what they are interested in, and what we can do to make sure that they succeed. Besides reading and writing, I also love painting, dancing, and watching animated movies.
