I'm an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in Athens. I have been licensed in Georgia since 2006 and have participated in hundreds of transactions. I'm often asked by other agents in my office to review contracts to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed. And I've also had a good history with standardized testing.
