I hold a Master's Degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition from the University of Tampa. After obtaining my degree I started my own fitness company and shortly after began working as a Professor at the University of Tampa. I absolutely love what I do, helping others become the greatest version of themselves. Teaching has become a passion of mine because I understand the mindset of a struggling student. Over the years I have developed strategies for all types of learners with the understanding that everyone has a different learning style.
