Certified Tutor

I am a graduate student at Mount Sinai getting my masters in Genetic Counseling. I graduated undergrad with a B.S. in Biochemistry and I have been tutoring high school and college level sciences for for the past four years years. I am especially passionate about genetics, chemistry, and biology because I enjoy learning about how the natural world works. Outside of tutoring, I spend most of my time outside hiking, backpacking and biking. I am also very creative and I enjoy painting and drawing. I have found that creativity really enhances my tutoring skills because it allows me to make learning fun! As a tutor, I strive to instill confidence in my students so that they can perform at their best.
