I am a rising junior at the College of William & Mary pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Government. I have overseas experience due to living in Beijing for over nine years. Learning in a fully immersive environment allowed me to become fluent in Mandarin to a native proficiency. Over the years, I have assisted my peers in China with learning English and my friends in college with their Chinese. I am most passionate about tutoring Mandarin-related subjects because I can relate to the difficulties of learning Chinese as a native English speaker. Having taken the Chinese SAT Subject Test and HSK Level 6 Exam (highest level offered), I am also experienced in helping with standardized language tests. I believe everyone has the ability to reach their highest potential with a little guidance. I am here to help and make it fun for my students.
