I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degree in in Dietetics at the University of Cincinnati. I completed my internship at University of Cincinnati Hospital. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with over 25 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient nutritional care. For more than 10 years, I have taught for the Maricopa Colleges in Phoenix, AZ. I create course content and teach multiple nutrition related courses including Principles of Human Nutrition, Introduction to Nutrition, Introduction to the Professions in Nutrition. I use a variety of teaching techniques to educate my students. I enjoy educating and helping others meet their academic goals as well as applying the new found knowledge into their lifestyle. I look forward to working with you!
