Hi! My name is Jade. I am currently eagerly awaiting graduate school this fall where I will be getting my master's degree in social work with a clinical specialization. A clinical specialization means I will be focusing on working with people one-on-one as well as with families. I graduated from The George Washington University in 2015 with a BA in African-American Studies. This particular degree is interdisciplinary with a strong writing focus.

I was an afterschool teacher for boys ages 5 and 6 for one year and a classroom and reading tutor for students ages 5 through 15 for half a year. Most recently, I was a case manager for adults for one and a half years.

Beyond tutoring, I love music, social work, and pop culture. I enjoy making mood playlists for my friends. My dream job is to be an individual and family therapist. I have been a dedicated Rihanna stan since "Pon De Replay" came out in 2005.
