Certified Tutor

Working as a tutor during undergrad showed me how much I enjoyed helping others learn. I graduated from Tuskegee University with a Bachelors degree in Biology. During my time in college, I served as a peer tutor for several subjects such as chemistry, biology, and mathematics. I also spent a lot of my time in the lab conducting prostate cancer research, where I have produced several poster presentations, abstracts, and publications. There, I found a passion for being a tutor and hope to help others in their academic endeavors.

I enjoy painting, reading, As a recent graduate, I am now working as a medical scribe as I prepare my transition into medical school where I hope to become a practicing OB/GYN in the United States Air Force. I chose to work for Varsity tutors because I found a passion for helping others in their academic endeavors and want to continue to make a difference in student's lives. I hope to provide a positive and enjoyable learning experience for all of my students and be a benefit to them and their academics.

My teaching style is very dynamic, as I understand that different students learn in several ways. I am gathering various materials in order to provide the most positive and impactful learning experience for all of the students I will eventually be able to help during my time as a tutor for Varsity.
