I am a graduate student at Rutgers University pursuing my Masters in Public Health. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and completed 2 years of medical school. For the last few years, I have traveled to many countries and have helped people of various cultures learn and achieve their goals. I believe this experience along with my passion to understand individuals on a personal level has helped my skills in connecting with people and helping them through their struggles. Although, I have tutored math subjects such as Algebra and Geometry for years, I love psychology and the human mind. Additionally, I excel at subjects involving the human body such as Anatomy and Physiology and genetics. My experience tutoring these subjects have been very rewarding as it brings me so much joy when I see my students regain confidence and motivation when their grades begin to rise as a result of our time together. I do my best to instill autonomy and healthy studying practices in my students so that they do not have to rely on me forever in order to continue succeeding.
