While completing my undergraduate education in Cell Biology and Neuroscience at Rutgers University, it quickly became apparent that I have a natural ability for tutoring/teaching other students. Since then, I have tutored many college and high school students in various subjects such as college admissions exam, college admissions essays, biology, chemistry, high school math and even the GRE. My unique and personalized approach for each student makes me a well-qualified and valued tutor. I take into account the student's interests, hobbies, learning style, learning pace and goals to holistically tutor the student in the desired subjects. In addition, I have taught a Freshman Interest Group Seminar (FIGS) at Rutgers for Health and Medicine, which was challenging since I had a class size of about 30 students. However, every single one of my students received an A and even nominated me for a FIGS instructor award. I go above and beyond for every student because education is important and tutors especially provide the extra help students may need to further their goals and needs.
