Certified Tutor

I will be receiving a B.A in Mathematics Educational Studies in May of 2019! I will hold a certification to teach 4th - 12th grade in math and 4th - 8th grade in Science.

Shortly after, I will start my Master's in Learning and Technology. I have completed several teaching practicums in math throughout my time at Western Governors University, I have taught math in long-term substitute positions for two years, and have been tutoring for three years. I tutor math for students in 3rd - 10th grade.

When teaching, I am dedicated to delivering quality and differentiated instruction with confidence to facilitate the learning of all students. I know that for a lot of students, math is hard. My goal is to determine the gaps so that we can get them filled and make math fun!

In order to effectively tutor and teach math, I focus on creating a positive learning environment for students to show growth.
