Hello! My name is Isa and I attended Wellesley College where I studied Neuroscience and Chemistry. On my own MCAT, I scored a 516, placing me in the top 5% in the nation, including a top 2% score in the critical analysis (reading) section. On the ACT, I scored in the 95th percentile, with a Reading Comprehension score in the 97th percentile. I began teaching and tutoring in 2011, and have helped students in a number of different areas, including the MCAT sciences, SAT and ACT test prep, and even volleyball coaching. I spent two years in a Neuroscience PhD program before realizing that clinical medicine was the right path for me, and now I am a second year medical student at Boston University School of Medicine. I love tutoring because each student brings unique educational challenges and I especially enjoy helping students overcome those challenges to achieve their dreams. Outside of tutoring, I love singing, playing the guitar, and softball.
