For as long as I can remember, I have had the same goal. I want to work with children to help them grow as learners. Since I began my journey as a teacher, I have enjoyed working with students on their learning journey. I believe that one of the greatest moments as a teacher is helping a student to succeed through their struggles and have a light bulb moment. As a teacher, my goal is to help develop students who are confident in themselves and the work that they create. I received a Bachelors in Elementary Education and a Masters in Curriculum and Development Leadership from Liberty University. Currently, I am an elementary teacher teaching second grade. I am a licensed teacher in Virginia for both elementary and middles school. Along with classroom experience, I have a variety of in person and online tutoring experience. One on one tutoring is a unique experience that is catered to the individual child's needs and goals. This provides the opportunity for instruction to be develop based on the child and specifically for the child. No two tutoring sessions are the same because no two tutoring clients are the same.
