Rashmi: Sussex tutor

Rashmi Bharadwaj is a sophmore studying Public Policy at Vanderbilt University. In high school, Rashmi was devoted to service, serving as the Director of Programming of the Teen Board at Norton Children's Hospital and as a Board Member at the Kentucky Science Center. With these roles, she was able to fund-raise and create opportunities for the community to come together. She was also an "activist" at Educational Justice, mentoring students from disadvantaged socioeconomic statuses. Aside from service, she was involved in scientific research, analyzing Type 1 Diabetes and potential cancer therapies. She was honored as a Kentucky Governor's Scholar for her achievement in academics. In her free time, she trained in various forms of dance including Bharatanatyam, Ballet, and Tap.
