I am a recent college graduate (3.9 GPA, Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Bachelor of Art in Psychology) from University of California, Davis. During the course of my academic career, I accrued tutoring experiences through tutoring mathematics and biochemistry to middle school and college students. Working with students in variety of ages helped me to be more flexible with my tutoring techniques. During the tutoring sessions, I use different sources to make sure that the concept that I am covering in the session is accurate and try to explain the chemistry concept in an understandable manner. Indeed, I have practiced listening to the questions, using my previous knowledge to find the accurate answer, and providing an easy to understand explanation.
