I believe education is a lifelong process. As a process it involves many phases and settings. Formal schooling- elementary, high school, college and graduate school are a series of phases. These phases can also involve settings.
Tutoring is one of those settings. It involves not only the exchange of ideas but also the sharing of perspectives.
I believe all students can learn. I also believe learning can be fun as long as tutor and student are open to all the possibilities of each encounter. Tutoring is a four-lane highway with cars chuck full of ideas from yesterday, for today and maybe tomorrow. I never lose hope that an idea will reach its destination.
