Morgan: Worth tutor
Certified Tutor
In high school I graduated the top of my class, then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with Specialization in Biochemistry from the University of Virginia (UVA). I received highest honors with my degree as a distinguished chemistry major, including American Chemical Society Certification. As an undergraduate at UVA, I worked as a teaching assistant for organic chemistry laboratories and served as a peer leader for general chemistry lectures. I truly enjoyed the opportunity to mentor my fellow students and to assist them in learning the challenging science curriculum, biology, and chemistry concepts that have been my field of study for the past four years. As a tutor, my goal is to continue teaching students in a creative and engaging way, while fostering a lifelong love of learning. I have a passion for helping students succeed and achieve their fullest academic potential at any stage of their education!
Currently, I'm pursuing a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University. Outside of education and research, I also like volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, as well as Remote Area Medical (RAM) and MEDLIFE mobile clinics across the globe. In my free time, I love hiking, camping, kayaking, exploring nature, and going on cross-country road trips.
