They have influenced my teaching philosophy because of their strong approach to life and learning high academic standards for students and for themselves diversity inside and outside the classroom ability to build among their students and peers

My teaching philosophy is based upon six bedrock ideas a positive and respectful learning environment clear expectations, standards and goals process oriented instruction continuous assessment lifelong learning maximization of technology and instructional theory to provide the best instruction for all students.
