Certified Tutor

I am passionate about the natural world, learning, and growth. I started tutoring informally, as I worked with many people native to Mexico and Guatemala. As we worked together, I would help them with their English, and they would help me to learn Spanish. After that, I took up tutoring more formally at Green Mountain College, where I tutored students in Calculus, Chemistry, and Biology. After graduating with a B.S. in Biology in December 2016, I traveled around the United States climbing, before starting to work as an instructor for the Colorado Outward Bound School in the summer of 2017, where I am lucky enough to be able to take people out into the wilderness and help them grow through challenge and exploration. In my free time I enjoy running, yoga, reading, climbing, and being outside.
