I am a young professional with a variety of experiences that enable me to better understand the subjects I teach. I have conducted research at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where I studied the pathogenic load of enteric diseases. I studied molecular features of aging in humans, primates, and mice as a Postbaccalaureate Fellow at the National Institute on Aging.

I enjoy helping people, which is mirrored by my volunteerism with the Trevor Project, American Cancer Society (ACS), and hospice volunteering.

I am excited and enthusiastic about helping my students better understand subjects they find difficult. My goal is to show them that they can not only understand but also greatly appreciate the subject.
