I am an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I received my Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in quantitative methods in economics. I am currently a graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in the Master of Science in Economics program. I tutor high school math, calculus 1-3, differential equations, probability and statistics, quantitative sections for standardized testing (ACT, SAT, GRE), and economics/econometrics up to the post-graduate level My tutoring style is based around guiding the students through problems and concepts by asking them how they believe a problem should be completed or what their interpretation of a concept is. If the student continues to struggle I will give hints and/or talk the student through the next step of a problem. I enjoy tutoring because helping students to understand mathematics and achieve their academic goals is innately satisfying. Outside of my academic pursuits I enjoy reading, exercise, movies, television, and video games.
