I am a graduate of Boston University where I majored in Biology and minored in Cultural Anthropology. Throughout college, I volunteered as a tutor for a variety of subjects such science, photography, and ESL. After graduated I worked for City Year Los Angeles where I taught and tutored 9th-11th grade students in Math (Algebra), Science (Biology, Chemistry, Foundations), English (English 9, English 10, and College Application writing). I am now in Medical school but I still love to work with students of all types. I believe every student has a unique learning style that should direct the session. Explaining topics in a way the student sees the subject is always my priority.
