I have 5 years of experience in tutoring and mentoring students between the ages of 13-18 and have volunteered for after school programs for elementary age students as well as many other volunteer experiences with the youth of NYC. I have a true passion for learning new things personally and have loved to have been able to incorporate that into my career and volunteer experience over the past 10 years in NYC.

In my career experience I have become a highly compassionate, resourceful and solutions-oriented expert in training and developing organization’s employees via one-on-one and group coaching and mentoring, developing both written and verbal job development tools and building positive, long-lasting relationships with employees and clients. I have further experience in human relations, onboarding and job development, team building and training and implementing motivational training techniques.
