Certified Tutor

French and English are both my native languages as I was born and raised in Cameroon, Africa. After graduating high school with a baccalaureate in mathematics, I moved to the USA and obtained a bachelor degree in Biology/pre-med. I am currently a grad student in a biochemistry and molecular biology program.
Being bilingual has giving the opportunity to work as translator, interpreter, ESL teacher as well as French tutor. However, my passion for teaching comes being a TA ( teacher assistant) and Peer Tutor at my university. The responsibilities of these two positions include teaching a lab under the the professor's supervision as well as doing one-on-one tutoring for students.

I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm about my language and find very rewarding to see children and adults developing
confidence and being able to communicate in French after I have helped them. I can't describe in words what a rewarding feeling it is to see my students exceeding after only a couple of sessions with me, whether it be in Biology, Mathematics,and Writing.
