I am a graduate of Florida State University, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and English, and University of North Carolina--Chapel Hill, where I received a Master of Science in Library Science. I currently work as Assistant Curator of Visual Resources in the History of Art department at Vanderbilt University. In my downtime I enjoy reading and hiking with my dog.

Art, grammar, and literature are my passions and my favorite subjects to tutor. I am highly organized and have always been successful at test-taking, however, so I have the most to offer students in that area. I believe that the goal of learning should be more than just passing a test. Instead of rote memorization, I focus on contextualizing information and making ideas relevant to students so that they retain the material long after the test has been completed.
